On offer is a neat line of Bluestone Beef Black Composite steers. Bluestone Beef focuses on hybrid vigour, basing their breeding from an Angus base with a Black Simmental and Black Gelbvieh influence. Bluestone Beef have a great reputation with feedlots and given the opportunity these steers will go on to grow out to either feeder or kill weight steers. An ideal line to put away for the winter on a crop or improved pastures.
